How do we start?
Fill in the form and attach a photo of one product. We’ll send a free sample photo and a quote for the rest.
Do I need to post my products?
No. We work from photos taken on your phone. Before we start you get a short guide on how to take them.
Do I need a contract?
For standard jobs, an email confirming the scope and an invoice is enough.
What’s included?
Editing of the chosen photos and files sized for your shop and social media. Larger jobs also get marketplace thumbnails and file names matching your codes.
Are changes included?
Yes. You get a preview before delivery and we make your changes.
How long does it take?
We agree the deadline with the quote. It depends on the number of products and the scope. Urgent jobs can go express.
Can I use the photos in ads?
Yes. You can use the photos, reels, sound and copy on your website, shop, social media and in paid ads.
How does payment work?
The first job is paid upfront. For regular work we agree a rhythm that suits you.
Where do my photos go?
By default we edit them on our own equipment, with no cloud. If you want stronger effects, such as AI motion or video, tick the cloud tools option in the form. It’s your choice.
